Král, Stanislav ; Dosedla, Michal (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is based on specified parameters positioning units, which include stroke (1m, 2m, 4m), load (5kg, 50kg, 500kg), you place the position accuracy (0.04 mm) and dynamic (maximum attainable speed 1.5 m / s), proposals to build a ball screw, linear motor, a toothed belt and toothed comb. For selected variants of positioning units to design a 3D model of positioning units. The proposed variations to compare and define their advantages / disadvantages, techno-economic comparison, the limit values of individual designs, etc. The work includes a search drive in positioning units, design units with toothed belt, a toothed comb, ball screw linear actuator, a calculated message of individual proposals then 3D design options for the ball screw and linear motor including drawings and assembly drawings.

Sujová, Sára ; Březina, Michal (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of wear measurement of the pinion gear of the REA actuator used in the regulation of the turbocharger wastegate system. The first theoretical part of the thesis describes the topics of wastegates, actuators, gears and optical methods. In the second part, a pinion measurement method is implemented using a digital microscope and an application to measure the width of the pinion tooth thickness designed in the MATLAB environment.
Design of feed box X axis
Imrich, David ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is design of feed box for axis x of portal milling machine center FRP 300 from production of TOS Kuřim-OS, a.s. Thesis contains recherche in application field of rack and pinion drives for machine tools feed mechanisms, possible design solutions of given task and elaborate of the most appropriate solution. Thesis further includes calculations, 3D model and drawings of selected parts.
Design of linear clock controlled by Arduino Uno
Hladík, Ondřej ; Strecker, Zbyněk (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with designing and realization of functional sample of linear clock with analog scale using 3D printing. Firstly, the structural arrangement of available devices and the selection of usable electronic components are solved based on the required parameters. After that, the work contains a design solution of printed parts, where the linear motion mechanism is designed as a rack and pinion and the feed of scales is solved using a sliding linear guide. The work includes a wiring diagram of used electronic parts. The Arduino Uno board takes care of the clock control, for which a program was created according to the required properties. In the end, the functionality on the created sample was verified. The work is accompanied by assembly drawings and drawings of the main parts and the complete program.
Production of pinion
Vališ, Ondřej ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with literature study of cold forming technology. Further the thesis submits a proposal of the production technology of pinion into the gearbox of passenger vehicles made from alloy steel according to ČSN 16 326. Thanks to knowledges aquired by literary study of bulk forming issue was suggested a direct extrusion technology with consequential cold upsetting. The component part will be produced in two production processes and series of fifty thousand pieces per year. These manufacturing processes will be used on forming machine called Schuler with nominal force of two thousand tons which is part of Metaldyne Oslavany company involved in automative industry.
Production of pinion
Matsiuk, Oleksandra ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the production of pinion – small gear made of steel 14 220. After analyzing all possible production methods, the technology of die forging on a hammer in the single-die was chosen. Based on a literature study of the issue and relevant calculations, a semi-finished product with a length of 151,8 mm and a diameter of 63 mm was designed. Hammer KHZ 4A with forming energy of 50 kJ was chosen. A single-die was constructed on the basis of valid state standards. Auxiliary machines were also chosen for production – band saw, induction heater, shearing press and drum blaster.
Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Machining Process of Pinion Gearing
Pangrác, Pavel ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the machining process of pinion gearing in the company Šmeral Brno a.s. The first part aims at the basic description of the thesis subject – the pinion. General gear machining technologies and its inspection is processed in the second part. The third part is focused on the description of the current machining process, its weaknesses and strengths. The main part consists of the machinery and tool choice, of the proposal of the gearing technological process for five-axis machining center and of the production time calculations. In conclusion, technological and economic impacts of the proposal are evaluated.
Drop forging of pinion
Kameník, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
KAMENÍK Tomáš: Drop forging of pinion The project has been elaborated within the framework of studies of the subject B 2307 and it presents the lay-out of the technology of the forging – the pinion which is made as the drop forging from the material 14 220. The rougher and the finishing forging die were suggested on the bases of the literature study of the drop forging. In consideration of the big series /100 000 pieces/ and the calculated forging power /25MN/ the component will be made on the vertical forging press LZK 2500P/SH (the manufacturer ŠMERAL Brno a.s.). At the end of the thesis there are performed calculations of the technical and economic evaluation.
A boring head for a drill
Suda, Martin ; Kozáček, Peter (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis belongs to the field of machine tools and accessories. It deals with machining method of boring and mainly with instruments used for boring. The thesis is divided into a research and a practical part. In the practical part a boring head for drilling with eccentricly placed spindle is solved. Its movement on the circle mills the hole.
Transmission error in spur gears
Bartošová, Daniela ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This master’s thesis is deal with the area of determining the static transmission error in spur gears. Nowadays, around vibration and noise formation, the issue of transmission error is being discussed quite often. In the first part of this master’s thesis, there is a description of the theoretical requirements concerning the above stated issue. These theoretical requirements are further applied in parametric planning of the spur gears as well as in measuring the transmission error itself. In this master’s thesis, both the detailed description of planning the parametric model of spur gears and the strain-stress analysis may be found. These requirements are needed for calculating the transmission error. In conclusion of this master’s thesis, specific results of the static transmission error in spur gears achieved at diversifying load torque, center distance modifications as well as tip relief modifications of spur gears are being presented. The issue was solved by computation approach with the help of CAD software called Creo Parametric and FEM software called Ansys Workbench and Ansys Mechanical APDL.
